Hey Guys,
Im a young investor and bought my first house last April and was advised at the time to take a variable interest rate rather then locking into to a set interest rate. What are your thoughts now, with spectulation that interest rates are going to go up?
Do you believe there is value in locking now or waiting to see what happens with interest rates?
