    Just got the latst figures for April from the MMC himself at APM.

    You thought the 12 month figures were bad ie 40% increase in houses for sale ..well.. they have increased another 15% in the last month

    ACT up 24%
    NSW up 14%
    VIC up 2%
    WA up 35%
    NT up 11%
    TAS up 18%
    SA up 12%
    QLD up 16%

    And March had the biggest increase in the last 12 months...now april has beaten march...another 15% more houses for sale in the month and this doesnt include private listings like owner.com

    So what do you make of this bulls...why is everyone trying to sell and why are clearance rates so poor when we have a supposed housing shortage?
