Yes I know what happens next.
The sellers are told by their real estate agents and media to keep dropping their prices due to more property on the market while us investors wait at the bottom with open money bags.
Simple as that.
And just to really make their day even worse but predictable, we put up the rents so not only have they sold out cheap but will be paying higher rent.
The herd mentality.
