A house in Essendon Victoria was quoted on the weekend at 900+, now i know all real estate agents advertise house prices at a minimum 10% down, so add on another 90k which makes the house worth 990k, it was sold at auction for 1,310,000, over320 over what they quoted, dont tell me property comes down it never does, its the newspaper making up crap so people buy it thjere are only two things you should believe in a newspaper and that is the price and the date !
