They can figure it out themselves. GPs, scientist, surgeons & other high paid can afford to buy any house in a correction time. It's a bargain for them. Poorer migrants (don't want to mention their sub group-quite rude/racist imo ) They can be like canned sardines & live 7 people or 2 families in any small house.
