The problem is most Aussies sold to Chinese 3 years ago and put cash in banks..now interest rates are sht and houses have gone higher and they can't justify renting
For sure its over priced but the headlines are a classic
We need new industries in Australia so people can work in other jobs beside building industry
Over supply is the problem we don't have it yet but if its the only industry in good old days it will eventually happen
