His warning to be aware of indices masking real price falls is a very real one as I have discovered recently
Prices CAN & have dropped a lot allready,
When I have been able to ID the real price falls, even using REISA figures as a basis, real falls can be, repeaT imo , can be ! much greater than the medians used so well by the RE industry.
because it's so hard to get real comparitive falls & you never get a true -apples to apples situation (unless able to have the exact same property's stats,) I think the masking (and skewing) by the use of median-indices is significant.
