how many people that are not in the RE industry and flipping houses actualy subscribe to RP Data ?
they can claim whatever they want and nobody will be any wiser !
and they better not say anything against their subscriber's vested interests !
although, if you ever get accest to their site, records tell completely different story but...which one of us is going to stand up and challenge their article in (for instance) SMHerald or Age or Adelaide 'Daily'...?
not a single one !
and they know it !
and they use that lack of action to spruik their customer's livelyhood !!
