$500K - $1m inner city properties in Sydney will not be hit as hard properties further out as there is a plentiful supply of professional and business immigrants who prefer to be close to the city and are always looking in the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.
Especially those immigrants who obtain permanent residence and send their families over here for the lifestyle and the schools while they stay in their home country making money.
And the $10-15 million dollar properties won't be in demand from overseas investors - there are major restrictions on foreigners buying existing property in Australia.
