If that's the case, then the properties aren't really going up despite o/s people buying into the $500,000 to $1,000.00.
In alot of cases as you would know, companies have their business people stay in their own ppties or in the past when I had a ppty in Newtown, Asian parents o/s had their University children renting apartments in that area instead of buying.
