    The resourse boom had given alot back to families in the 1990,and alot of them tend to own a few homes.Either for investing or live.

    I had 5 brother and one sister, they either own at least a house for investing.

    Most of the baby boomer have been left out.............,but the time for them owning a home may arrive within the next two years.
