BIS Shrapnel have been claiming that every year for the last 20 years. Like clockwork they announce that, several times a year.
I guess about 75% of the time they are right.
But its still a pretty meaningless prediction. Even when it is the start of a housing recession, they still say exactly the same thing.
I would pay them no heed.
