I have been in property investing since 1984, I have brought and sold several investment properties.
I have never lost money on my investments, including costs.
Now my share portfolio hmmm, still like the challenge of buying stocks, lots to learn and keeps me interested.
On the other hand my investment properties are quite boring, buy hold then renovate and sell at a profit.
