Kincella....depends on what part of Bris you look at..there are still some suburbs that are holding quite well..i agree Bris has peaked on the whole..sellers are becomming thinner but the market there generally has not really deflated in price too much just yet....Sunny Coast around Bli Bli etc also has not slid very much at all......its way overvalued.
Nth Qld has definitely slid everywhere but FNQ in T'ville has only just started to fall back....

PS: investor going to rental at 2pm today to inspect, finger x-ed hes serious and brings his wallet along.
