Lots of positives in terms of house price.
it will be interesting to see if RBA raises in Nov and regardless of that will be interesting to see how many people’s serviceability can hold up for another 12 months.
The market often prices HLI at a discount to its NTA, like make 0.8-0.9 of NTA, so I’m waiting to see it that happens between now and end of the year.
