    It's becoming like New York... fast moving... multicultural. In NYC you can find Japanese, korean, vietnamese, greek, italian, muslim, chinese, dannish... you name it. Problem squeesing into the subway during rush hours. Forget driving.

    Often they work in Manhattan but have to live in New Jersey, Queens, etc. But the city is so alive & good for business. Unlike Hobart, if open a fish and chip shop, you'll be lucky to see more than 30 customer daily.
