    What will happen over the next 10-15 years?

    Who knows....

    But I think property im buying now for low 300k will be close enough to double the price......and rents will be double at least.....and if i can fix rates now at 3,4,5% for the long term then I see it as a good investment.

    Sure the boom of the next 15 years may not be as lucrative as the past, but who knows, maybe it will be.....Id rather be in it and have a choice, and it doesnt mean i need to buy more property with the equity, I could always buy....um....gold.....lol.
