Milesg, as to the so called property millionares, I would think that they would be looking at using the increased coshflow to either reduced down debt or expend purchasing further properties. I dont thin the banks call in loans if the payments are being made, even with negative equity
the so called 'property millionaries' therefore win either way. the only difference is a waiting game
Negative equity is only a paper concept used by those who dont own property to justify past inaction.
Most so called property millionares own their own homes.
But what are 'expect 40% falls and then buy' going to do if the 40% falls dont evenuate - keeping waiting and renting
Putting a lot of faith into some stats that may not necessarily apply as predicted by some.
