Blah blah blah. The same arguments with different spins. Thought about selling this time last year when the same people that are in here now said that prices would be 30-40% lower in the middle of 2009. Recently got my house valued and was pleasantly surprised. Thank god i didn't sell. I don't know what it was worth this time last year (i didn't get it valued then), but it is 25% up from 2007's valuation. OR just maybe taking into consideration it has dropped 30% as was predicted my house must have been up 55% in one year from 07 to 08. yeah right!!!
