it is a commonly known fact that LOWEST end of the market has experienced some rise, due to artificial reasons but nevertheless...has risen !

so...if you live in a "first home buyer" type of a property there is every chance that it might've gone up !

look at it this way: fibro shacks are going up and glass palaces are going down !
