Another way of looking at it is that the buyers have received grants, builders concessions etc and have paid off 3 years on a loan where the balance is coming down. Chances are that their houses will be fully paid within 15-20 years and you will still be renting 50 years time at unimaginable rents. You are not that with it really are you as last reports show prices climbing.
