kingpins I think there's going to be an unwinding going on next year so now doesn't seem a good time to buy unless you're looking in Perth or Darwin or in a great spot in the countryside, or have some specific deal that is going to attract working from home people.
They can talk it down all they like but this is a bigger crisis than the GFC. If anything deferring the pain as the banks have done, is probably just going to compound the eventual falls. JIMO
