This chart from eclipse definitely highlights and confirms the theory of "House prices always go up"!
Even if you isolate the decades where it stayed flat line or went down in value for that 10 to 15 year period; But only when you zoom out and read from left to right like they showed me how to do in primary school you see it more clearly
Oh and adjusting for inflation you might be wondering? Well that's actually a medical term! Silly!!....That's what they taught me at the Real Estate School anyways, so don't even worry about it; Its like being bloated.
