A little off the point but I know a couple who invested in $US convinced commodities were coming off the boil taking our AU dollar down with it..I must admit I thought about doing it myself...
Well commodities have taken a big hit but our dollar has hardly moved.
I will not be selling our properties but I will not be buying either untill I think I see a bottom which is some way off IMO.. I am pleased to say that the stock market has been very good to us lately giving me more ammo for some property later down the track..
