BIS Crapnel...I cant beleive the media still use these guys as a source for forecasting.

Type in google bis shrapnel interest rate forecasts for starters and go back a few years and have a look.

They would have done better by saying nothing at all then being wrong all the time, at the end of the day you only really have 2 choics in economics up or down so you would think they could be right 50% of the time at least
