I recognise a couple of persistent ones....when I did some research and checked their posts back to 1999/2000.....they sold at what they thought was the top of the market...and intended to buy back in when the market came down... but 9 years later and still here..with the same views... I suspect they may also have lost the wife.... once married , most start nesting.....and spouses dont take kindly to renting, when children are involved, or especially after having the family home taken away from them... discovered another couple on another forum who did similar moves...and now trying to recover from divorce the majority just go away, and I guess, quietly buy the home....some pop back in from time to time to report their good news, others report back how they sold and made the wrong move...
