that idiot associate was looking for free publicity for his book...and hits on his website.....to entice advertising....what a joke...
now I wonder are any of the kids angry...at being taken for a ride by his predictions.... they were sitting there waiting, and some are still waiting...for those ridiculous price falls.....that will not happen.... oh and the next few moves in property will be the investors moving back in...although already 75% of recent sales were not FHB, mainly upgraders...and probably a few investors.... the investors are going back in...but not through super funds...but holding assets outside of super....and they will do that instead of the stockmarket... there is no rush for the older investors....but they will be returning to property...more so when the fhb scheme drops and less competion from the kids
