has this not been discussed to death? if there was a housing shortage, it would be very hard to buy a house would it not, with very limited supply?
there is only about 22 million people in australia.. there are 200mil in america.. etc etc.. etc.... are you saying then there is a shortage in building jobs and not enough house's are being built?
