Not Sydney but in Melb.
For family reason I recently rented an apartment in Melbourne's 3000 postcode and, since i have been there...5 months or so I have seen more moving out that in in my building.
Those that i have spoken to..bearing in mind that i am only there part time, they are moving further out.
There have been 4 sales in the buiding in that time that i have noticed.
