The more common Story .................

Why would I buy a house ,
Oh ..no ..Never now ,
The markets F * cked and Its going to crash as we all well know ,
I can jump in and grab a bargain right at the absolute bottom ,
A steal for me ..and so very eeeasy ,
Yes Im disciplined , Its never a problem ... I wont waste the cash ,
Im just saving saving ...Waiting for the Crash !


As the years have slipped by ..my rents kept rising ,
Kids in school .. they need the latest Nike road shoes ,
Im looking to buy ..just next year ! Sure ..the market
will Drop further .


S+it , now the Kids are 11 years old ,
How quickly time flys by ,
The shoes are getting dearer ,
But my Rent ...Its Sky high .

How can I make the rent payment ? and I need a new car ..plus Im so dam stressed out ...I must lie on a beach for vitamin D ..You only live once ..right ?

Ohhhh ..Its too late now . Im OLD and tired ..But where did my money go ? Over all these years I've thought and waited ....

But now I have nothing to show !
