Every bubble has had "Fantastic" fundamental reasons why its different this time and there wont be a collapse. The same old remarks are used every time. eg. Supply demand, money on side-lines, government support, foreign investment, etc ,etc.
Everything always returns to the mean - This either concludes as a long term period of stagnation or a shorter sharp decline.
