no the news hasnt reached the vendors at all yet as most are generation X and Y and they have had nothing but good times and they believe it will never end. I went to look at a open house yesterday in the prime street in central Wagga Wagga and the vendors just up and left-mortgagee sale. Houses in this street didnt stay on market for more than two weeks this time last year and one wonders when the vendors started to hurt and why they didnt sell earlier.The market has literaly stalled in Wagga and if this house sells cheaply it will be certainly be an eye opener to many {cant wait}
