Here is Adelaide there seems to be a lot of property on the market. One of the local real estate agents has informed me that very few properties are going to auction. Another explained that virtually none of her sales were subject to the sale of property. In a third case my cousin was advised not to place her house on the market as there were too many for sale in her suburb.
On the other hand I have two friends who made purchases in the last month to upgrade and both need to sell their properties first. I will be keen to check out the latest sales figures for the last quarter to see what is really happening here in Adelaide.
