while I agree with these boys on their 25% overpriced, I disagree with the logic.
we would have had the same increase as we have experianced if the circumstances were the same again, ie change in cap gain tax, over priced tech stock boom, etc etc
the question is what can we learn for the next boom so we all take full advantage
1. be in the property market before it starts
2. use your equity
3. know when to sell
... sounds the same as investing in the stock market
