    It's been a debt fuelled Ponzi scheme and nothing is going to change the outcome, prices must come back to a reasonable measure against the income of buyers.

    I'm not saying -25% is the correct figure.

    I don't know.

    The Economist has been talking about this for a while.

    Eventually they will be proven to be correct.
