oh come on, WA prices falling is not likely for another few years. The WA population is forecasted to rise steadily for the next few years, thanks to immigration and the mining sector. Even if mining demand slows down, there's a backlog of homes that needs to be built to accomodate the ones already here. These new immigrants will have the disposable income to afford any medium range housing ($70k+ income per person). However I'm not sure if the trend for them will be near city or outskirt housing, since miners dont really care about the city, cause they dont need to travel to the city to work.
