Say it as often as you want, shout it from the rooftops, tell all your friends.
It won't make a scratch of difference what embittered renters like you scream at everyone. The property market will do what it has always done.
But you just keep saying it though if it makes you feel better. Actually keep saying it for the next couple decades as you no doubt have been saying for the last couple of decades.
