We all know what happens to bubbles don't we? The longer they inflate the more violent the explosion
atomou is right, where do you see the 'median' wage earner pulling 100K for the 'median' house debt servicing?
But people spinning the usual stories while trying to hog as many houses as they can to rent out for the highest price possible, or real estate agents with their own obvious agendas.
