Umm read the subject of the post...housing affordability worsens...this means that is very different especially when housing is now more unaffordable that most can remember based on wages. If they got rid of negative gearing and fhog and other govt grants maybe house prices would fall back to realistic enough levels that first home buyers could get in the market. Very sad state of affairs now...we have a 2 tier economy
