    Early 90's you could buy a good BASIC home in Perth for $100 to $120K and the average annual wage at the time was about $35K (House price approx 3 times annual wage)

    The same BASIC home will now cost you about $400 to $450K and the average annual wage is now about $55K (house price over 7 times annual wage)

    yep things have not changed
