That's incredible. Can I ask where you bought your first property and what year takingprofits? The people I really feal for is young people who have parents that don't own property so they won't receive any benefit from the astronomical house price rises in an inheritance. For them, it will be extremely difficult to get into the market. If they work hard, they should have a good opportunity of owning their own home in a decent area IMO. At the moment, they don't which is why I think Australia needs to take housing affordability more seriously.
