I am sorry but that person sounds like an idiot. Governments mismanage everything they touch. Obviously this person owns nothing themselves and wants everything handed to them. Perhaps you should advise him/her to move to another country that controls the lives of the population perhaps North Korea might be suitable, after-all for all their control their people must have great lives... lol!
