    while it is all very nice to talk about ratios of affordability on the basis of historical evidence,the reality
    is we are not discussing an apple for an apple,today we have new subdivisions with complete infrastructure,homes with garages,airconditioning and i doubt there are any freestanding new homes in the 60-100 sq mtr range,its all just a nonsensical debate---today we operate in a relatively free market,if people cant afford to buy dont,alternatively lower the list of wants to needs, i live in something that suits my needs not my wants
