thats over 70 years ago...
your arguments do not stack up....
using outdated information, to support your case will get you nowhere....
its like saying you still use a horse and cart, while the rest of us drive cars...
get with the times....
if you are on 65,000 or less a year....you can only afford about 250k for a house...
the bulk of the income earners are earning double that amount...thats why they can and will continue to pay those amounts...
