That's my experience of Keating too, he made a better pig farmer than PM.
These are my opinions, I dont need any facts I suffered the recession we had to have.
Mum & Dad rental investors just wont buy without some incentive ... and the Govt is too far behind in cheap housing, easier to chuck money at mum & dad....doesnt make it right just the way it is...
I believe in the U.S you can sell an investment Property and upgrade without paying CGT. - deffered.
