Do not worry it is all redy here , all you need to do is open your eyes and look at the real estate agents windows.
The housing market world wide is in the same position as America but maybe 6 months behind at best.
The UK and New Zealand Markets are now going down it is only a matter of time before our market goes down .
Once it starts it will lose 60% of todays value and as much as 90% if the inflation front is not stopped with interest rates well above 15% and oil at $150+ a barrel.
Real estate ids dead for a long time to come .
The only thing to be invested in is Gold and silver bullion and coins. Gold will be at $2000 an oz before the general public will take notice.
