Back to housing affordability we need to make it more competitive ie retail/industrial property to overseas buyers and sellers - raise taxes from sales tax etc on property transactions

I just bought a holiday house & had to pay in excess of an additional $ 40 000 ( no that is not a miss-print forty thousand is correct ) in State Gvt stamp duty on the purchase... & you want to RAISE taxes to make housing more affordable
