I think the roof has well and truly been blown off....our bears stories, that have been spread over this forum for the past 5 years, so so...
for example;
the stories about paying more than 50% or more of their income on mortgage repayments... 90% of household pay less than 30% of their income on repayments
actually there are many stories the bears have been telling...that are well and truly debunked in these reports
