yes I get your concern about "Human Rights". such can be a magnet for rorters and scammers. and the NDIS has seen a lot of opportunity along these lines.
I watched an excellent explainer of the coincidence (incidences happening at the same time though not necessarily connected) between housing construction and booming economic growth, conversely falling building construction coincides with economic downturns.
I don;'t know for certain if this is valid yet the consistency pattern they identified between to two factors coinciding is worth keeping in mind. and it certainly fits todays economic conditions.
