ok, is it possible that the new first home owners grant is available for the building of units?? ie: multi dwelling, say 4 x 2 bed property if built from scratch and the person has not previously owned any property?
i ask as my daughter put this to me today and i had no answer......
she wants to live in one and rent the others out...she has approx 100k saved as an initial deposit to boot and i couold go guarantor for her..
any opinions on this or ???
wont go wrong building anytime if the movitation is long term ,say 20 years before selling
